Life Saver Training provides CPR, First Aid, and other health-related training through the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), and the American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) to community, and workplace-based rescuers. We provide training at our classroom locations and we also offer on-site training where we travel to homes, offices, schools, and other locations to provide training. Our on-site training option offers you the flexibility to complete the training at a time that is convenient for you and your staff/group at the location you want. We offer training when you need it, whether it be during the day, evenings, or weekends. We provide training throughout New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut.

Life Saver Training, Inc. employs a "back to basics" approach through video instruction with focus on a "watch then practice" format. Video instruction has been proven to enhance learning. As a result, training is consistent and manikin practice time is increased (That's why the AHA/ARC/ASHI requires it). This method of teaching has resulted in better quality instruction and learning. Instructor-led practice, skills evaluation, and planned remediation are also included in the course. This course design has resulted in increased student confidence as well as improved skills retention.

We offer the American Heart Association (AHA), American Red Cross (ARC), and American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) blended course options (half online/ half classroom) for the Basic Life Support CPR course (AHA & ARC only), the basic CPR/AED course (AHA, ASHI, & ARC), and for the basic First Aid Course (AHA, ASHI, & ARC). These courses CANNOT be fully completed online.Blended learning is a combination of eLearning, in which a student completes part of the course in a self-directed manner online, followed by a hands-on session with an AHA/ASHI/ARC instructor. The hands-on session MUST BE COMPLETED in person with an AHA/ASHI/ARC Instructor. Blended learning has 3 parts, see below:
